Designed for agencies, owners, construction managers and construction company personnel who have involvement with the development, maintenance or review of the construction schedule. The course uses Primavera P6 software for demonstrating practical examples. The course is effective if participants use other CPM software. A basic knowledge of CPM scheduling is recommended.
