Build the foundation for successful project management in P5 and P6 through hands-on, basic training. Students will learn planning and scheduling with Primavera 5/6v7. Scheduling techniques and best practices will be also covered. This three-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion, using the three elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

PREREQUISITE: Fundamental project management training, an understanding of CPM scheduling concepts and knowledge of Windows™

Public Training classes begin at 8:30am and end at approximately 5:30 each training day.

Northern California classes are held at the Seaport Conference Center in Redwood City.
Las Vegas classes are held at the New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Las Vegas
Southern California classes are held at our Mission Viejo Office in Orange County.

Cancellations (including “no-shows”) received less than 10 days prior to the scheduled course date will be retained by DRMcNatty & Associates and may be transferred or “rolled over” to the next available course within 12 months.
