Extended Description:

This three-day course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s Web-based solution. Participants will
create a project, create activities and relationships, customize activity views, assign resources, adjust the
project plan to account for schedule delays and overallocated resources, and analyze portfolios.
Participants also will customize dashboards. Hands-on workshops help students create and track an
entire project to completion.

Fundamental Project Management Training and knowledge of Windows™

• Optimize the project plan

• Initiate a project request
• Manage documents
• Creating & analyzing portfolios

Public Training classes begin at 8:30am and end at approximately 5:30 each training day.

LOCATION

Northern California classes are held at the Seaport Conference Center in Redwood City.
Las Vegas classes are held at the New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Las Vegas
Southern California classes are held at our Mission Viejo Office in Orange County.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY:

DRMcNatty & Associates Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any public training course up to 7 days prior to the scheduled course date. Notification of course cancellation will be made by DRMcNatty & Associates via E-mail and/or telephone. In your best interest, refundable travel accommodations are strongly recommended. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the scheduled course date. For your convenience, DRMcNatty & Associates accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Cancellations received at least 10 days prior to the scheduled course date will be refunded in full. Cancellations (including “no-shows”) received less than 10 days prior to the scheduled course date will be retained by DRMcNatty & Associates and may be transferred or “rolled over” to the next available course within 12 months.
