Build the foundation for successful project management in P5 and P6 through hands-on, basic training. Students will learn planning and scheduling with Primavera 5/6. Scheduling techniques and best practices will be also covered. This three-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion, using the three elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.
AUDIENCE: New Primavera 5/6 users
PREREQUISITE: Fundamental project management training, an understanding of CPM scheduling concepts and knowledge of Windows™

LOCATION
Northern California classes are held at the Seaport Conference Center in Redwood City.
Las Vegas classes are held at the New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Las Vegas
Southern Califorrnia classes are held at our Mission Viejo Office in Orange County.
Training classes begin at 8:30am and end at approximately 5:30 each training day.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Registration and payment in full are due two (2) weeks prior to start of the class. Space in a class is guaranteed only upon receipt of payment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to class will be refunded in full. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to class will not be refunded, and a $100 CANCELLATION FEE will be charged. Cancellations can be rolled over to the next scheduled class within 12 months, based on availability. In your interest, we ask that you purchase refundable transportation tickets, such as airline tickets. If a course is cancelled, you will be notified by letter or telephone.
